The TOSSD Task Force Secretariat carries out a series of country and thematic pilot studies to test the TOSSD methodology and make sure that the framework addresses the information needs of recipient countries. These contribute to establishing TOSSD as a viable, relevant and robust international statistical standard. The TOSSD Task Force Secretariat conducted six country pilot studies in the Philippines, Senegal, Costa Rica, Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Indonesia. A first thematic pilot study focused on peace and security, and it will be followed by an additional thematic pilot study on global health financing. |
