Second Steering Group meeting - International Forum on TOSSD

The Steering Group convened in Paris between 24-26 September. Members and observers discussed improvements to the TOSSD methodology, and prepared the ground for the FfD4 discussions next year. 

TOSSD monitors financing for the SDGs in developing countries

This data story presents how developing countries used TOSSD data in their Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs), and highlights how TOSSD could have helped close data gaps for these countries. 

TOSSD capacity building seminar for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

More than 30 experts on statistics and development from the region joined a training session on TOSSD, co-hosted with the Islamic Development Bank, and the Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC).

TOSSD at a glance

Total Official Support for Sustainable Development (TOSSD) is an international standard for measuring the full array of resources to promote sustainable development in developing countries. It is designed to monitor all official resources flowing into developing countries for their sustainable development, but also private resources mobilised through official means. It also measures contributions to International Public Goods.
